By downloading, installing, or using the DuoWatch application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DuoWatch provides a synchronization tool that allows users to watch video content together remotely. DuoWatch does not provide any video content itself. Users must have their own valid subscriptions to streaming services (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max) to use the tool.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use DuoWatch for any unlawful purpose. You strictly agree not to:

• Use the service to distribute pirated content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the chat function.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the DuoWatch application.

4. Intellectual Property

"DuoWatch" and the DuoWatch logo are trademarks of our company. All other trademarks (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) cited on our website are the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
